Guidelines for Participating in Quiz Contest

• You have to choose a unique team name that you need to fill up during registration.
• 3 members per team, only undergraduate optometry students (year 1-4) are eligible.
• All three members should login from one device only during live quiz.
• 1 member can't be part of multiple teams.
• Multiple teams can be register from one Institutions/Colleges.
• Conference registration of all team members are mandatory to participate in quiz.
• During quiz registration, formal approval letter for student participation from your Institution/Colleges HOD's is must to upload.
• Quiz participation guidelines will be announced to all the registered teams at an appropriate time.
• Last date of registration is 25-November, 2020.
